As part of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition Lecture Series, Cardinal DiNardo speaks about the Catholic Church and Catholic higher education. He has a strong interest in the role of education in Catholic formation and the role of Catholicism in higher education. In 2007, Cardinal DiNardo, Archbishop of Galveston-Houston, was elevated to the College of Cardinals by Benedict XVI. He serves on the Board of Directors of both the University of St. Thomas and the Catholic University of America.
