World War II; Asia and the Pacific (part 2)
John Bradley brings a unique perspective to his extended lecture: "World War II; Asia and the Pacific." Born and raised in the Philippines, he was a civilian POW of the Japanese for 37 months and is well versed in the history of POWs captured by the Japanese. A graduate of West Point and the Command & General Staff College at Ft Leavenworth, he served in Korea and in Vietnam and brings a soldier's perspective to his story. The principle author of The Second World War, Asia and the Pacific and its accompanying Atlas, he adds his perspective as an experienced military historian to this program.
